always – mbge niile

badly – ọjọ

here – ebe a

immediately – ozugbo ozugbo / kịta kịta

now – ugbu a / kịta

only – nnanị / sọọsọ

quickly – ọsịsọ / ngwa ngwa

sometimes – mgbe ụfọdụ

soon – mgbe n’adịghị anya /  ngwa ngwa

slowly – nwayọ / nwayọ nwayọ

there – ebe ahụ

today – taa / tata

together – ọnụ / jikota ọnụ

tomorrow – echi

tonight – n’abalị taa

very much – rie nne

very well – ọfụma

well – mma

yesterday – ụnyaahụ / echi gara aga
